American rapper Offset and his wife, Cardi B, have been in Jamaica for the past few days. The 31-year-old celebrated his birthday on Wednesday, but the artiste is not only on the island for pleasure but for business as well. The former Migos member is set to host an exclusive event at the Marketplace Entertainment Centre for the Arts (MECA) on December 16.
Tickets for the event were made available on Offset’s birthday, December 14, and a press release issued by MECA outlined that only a few hundred tickets would be made available to the public. The release went on to state that the tickets had been priced to allow regular supporters of MECA to attend whilst not compromising the exclusivity of the party.
The tickets, which are available at themecaverse.net, are currently priced at US$65 for the VIP area and US$100 for the VVIP area. The club is also offering table deals beginning at US$500 for tier one and US$1000 for tier two. On Wednesday, MECA announced that they had added a limited number of booths and would be taking bids on those areas.
The event commences at 10 p.m. on Friday at the MECA nightclub in Kingston. As Offset will only be hosting the event, fans will have to wait for another opportunity to see the Clout rapper perform in Jamaica.
