Police Woman Critically Injured and 9-Y-O Son Killed in Car Crash in Manchester: Video

A female Christiana police officer was critically injured in a two-vehicle car crash while travelling with her 9-year-old son on Monday.
The officer was taking her son to school when the incident occurred today in Sedburgh.
In footage recorded at the scene of the collision, the officer’s vehicle(Honda Fit) and a white Range Rover can be seen badly damaged and still attached at the front.

Passersby at the crash site assisted the injured officer out of her vehicle, and she was later taken to a hospital for treatment.
Her son was fatally injured. He was a student of Christiana Leased Primary and Infant School.
Per reports from journalist Damion Mitchell, there is now an urgent appeal for blood donations for the officer who remains in critical condition in the hospital.
The identity or the condition of the other driver is not yet known.
