Popcaan and Toni-Ann Singh Release Clip Of New Song “Next To Me” – Listen Audio / Watch Video Preview

A few days after announcing that they would be releasing a joint single, Popcaan and Toni-Ann Singh continue to promote their upcoming duet and have released a clip of the track entitled, Next To Me.

On November 25, Singh and Popcaan shared the news with fans on their social media pages that the pair would be releasing their collaborative track Next To Me at the end of the month. Hours before the new single is scheduled for release, the rumoured couple have now treated fans to a short snippet of their joint project.

Singh, who has never performed professionally, gave audiences a taste of her vocal abilities during her successful campaign for Miss World 2019. The 26-year-old now lends her sultry vocals to what appears to be the hook of the song and is joined by Popcaan, who sings,

“You don’t need to run away, please stay right next to me (Stay), Stay right next to me. But if you wanna go, I will go (I’ll go), If you wanna go, I will go (I’ll go), But if you wanna go, I will go (I’ll go). Just stay right next to me.”

The clip has garnered favourable responses from listeners, with one fan already dubbing the single a hit. Next To Me will be released tonight at midnight and is currently available on several music services such as Apple Music, Spotify, and Amazon Music for pre-save.
