Spiritual advisor Nardo Smith, more popularly known as RT Boss, took to social media on Monday to share court documents and talk on his lawsuit against Dancehall artiste Spice.
Though they were once cordial, Spice and RT have been at odds for years, and RT declared on his Instagram page that he is ready to go to war with the artiste. RT said that the lawsuit stems from statements that described him as a paedophile that were reportedly made by Spice.
In addition to Spice and her company, Spice Entertainment LLC, a defendant identified as Monique Palmer and Goat Throat Records LLC was also named in the lawsuit. According to the documents shared, Spice and Palmer made the defamatory statements on a podcast, with Spice repeating the accusations multiple times.
It accuses the So Mi Like It artiste of making the statements with malice and intentional disregard for RT’s rights despite knowing the allegations were false.
“Spice went on multiple platforms and repeated the false allegations against Plaintiff (RT Boss). Defendant Spice knew the allegations were false but chose to continue the slanderous behaviour due to her feelings on the parties terminated business relationship,” the document states.
The lawsuit further states that RT was exposed to public hatred and contempt because of her allegations. As a result, he is now seeking punitive damages as well as funds to cover his attorneys’ fees.
During a live stream, RT called out the individuals who said he could not sue Spice and appeared in good spirit as he shared the court documents with his viewers.

In another video, RT expressed confidence that he will win his lawsuit.
“Mi nuh sue and lose. Mi nuh sue and bl**dcl**t lose. Unuh affi guh pay bl**dcl**t cash because all a unu weh a gap unu p**sycl**t mout sef mi f**k young bwoy and f**k dat. Now Gracie (Spice) affi guh bl**dcl**t pay up fi dat,” RT said.
He went on to express that he would not allow allegations against him to go unanswered.
“All a unu big b**boh**eweh si dung and call mi name, mi a come fi everyone a unu bl**dcl**t but mi just a teck Grace fuss. Because unu mus eh feel like bl**dcl**t seh mi a gu sidung and b**bocl**t chil… How unu a guh tell me seh mi a f**k man and mi a rape man when none a unu nuh have nuh bl**dcl**t evidence,” RT stated.
