Shenseea Sings About Fake Friends in a Preview of a New Unreleased Song – Watch Video

Following the release of her latest single, Curious, dancehall singjay Shenseea gave fans on social media a taste of a new, yet-to-be-released track that finds the artiste delving into the topic of fake friendships.
Shenseea successfully released Curious on April 13, with the single’s music video acquiring over 3 million views on YouTube since its premiere on the video streaming platform. Prior to Curious’s debut, the versatile artiste released her Locked Up Freestyle at the beginning of the month.
While her roots are grounded in dancehall, Shenseea has expressed her desire to play around with different genres, musical styles, and topics. Her last two releases have allowed her to switch up her lyrical flow and delivery.
In regards to her new preview, seemingly entitled Sold Out, the Foreplay singer reverts to a more traditional flow on a likewise traditional dancehall beat while tackling the topics of fake friends and the influence of money on relationships.
“Dem sell out like mi shoes dem. New money bring a new a dem. Dem fake but a come round me. Acting like dem want the best for me. Straight truth I speak, but I don’t snitch I can hold my beak,” Shenseea sings on her new track.
Shenseea’s fans have been reacting positively to the artiste’s short preview, with one viewer writing, “I will be playing this all summer,” while others have expressed their desire for the single’s speedy release.
