Shenseea Surprises Romeich with a Performance at His Water Worl Birthday Event – Watch Videos

Romeich Major was left all smiles on Sunday at his final three-day birthday weekend event in Kingston after he was joined on stage by Shenseea, who surprised her former manager with a performance at the event.
In embarking on what he described as his biggest task ever, Major announced in mid-October that he would be staging a three-day birthday weekend from October 28 to October 30. On Friday, the promotor began his birthday weekend with his Hennessy Top 500 invitation-only party, a private birthday celebration for Major and his family and friends. On Saturday at the Romeich Entertainment Lounge, Major staged his street dance for his business associates, fans, and customers with no cost for entry.
At the final event for his birthday weekend, Wray and Nephew Water Worl, Major was joined on stage by Ding Dong Ravers, who instructed Major to film the girls or dollies in the crowd. Shortly after, the DJ began to play Shenseea’s song Dolly, and the singer ran out to the track on stage. Flying in early from Dominica, Shenseea returned to Jamaica to surprise her former manager at his birthday celebrations, and Major was thrilled by the unexpected performance. Major took to Instagram on Monday to thank his team for the surprise, joking that he was so overcome by emotion that he even shed two tears.
“Biggest bday surprise not only for #WrayRumWaterWorl but for me!!! Never know Shenseea did a fly een back big up my team for this lovely surprise love uno bad a swear!!! I actually was so happy 2 tears fell on stage,” the promotor wrote.
Before she was signed with Major’s company, Shenseea worked for him as one of his promotion girls and quickly stood out from the rest because of her work ethic. Given the chance to prove her musical abilities in a studio session, Shenseea impressed Major after quickly composing and performing what would later become her song Jiggle Jiggle. Over the years, the pair have developed a strong friendship, with Major becoming a father figure to Shenseea’s son Rajeiro, and the singer was later named the promotor’s daughter’s godmother. Major has previously described his company as a big family, and earlier this year Shenseea gifted Major a plot of land adjacent to the Romeich Entertainment headquarters.
