Shenseea’s Reggae Sumfest Performance 2022 – Watch Video
Reggae Sumfest returned to Montego Bay Jamaica after the pandemic and Dancehall Sensation Shenseea took the stage on performance night one amidst cheers and the sound of horns as her fans welcomed her to “The Return” of Reggae Sumfest 2022.
She wore an all-green ensemble with a black and green ponytail and silver jewellery.
The Dancehall “pop princess” as a fan called her, had the crowd chanting to choruses of “when I say Sheng, you say Yeng” before breaking it down with the popular dance move ‘Dirt Bounce’.
Some of the songs she performed were “Good Comfort”, “Sheng Yeng Anthem”, and “Foreplay”, which had the crowd singing along to the popular hits. Her crew was called on stage during her performance (Romeich Major, Black Boi, and Slyda) as she paid homage to them for helping her to achieve all the success that she has to this today.
Shenseea then welcomed 1 Biggs Don for a short performance of the hit single that took the internet by storm, “Bwoii Affi”, before her exuberant performance ended with “Lighter” in dedication to her mother that passed. Her son was called out to the stage, smiling and waving to fans, for this dedication.
