Shericka Jackson Wins RJRGleaner Sportswoman of the Year Award: Rocks Fiery Red Dress

World champion Shericka Jackson secured the win for the 63rd RJRGleaner Sports Foundation National Sportswoman of the Year award at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel on Friday night.

Jackson had a notable track and field season in 2023 which highlighted her hard work and determination in the sport. She copped the gold medal in the 200m event in Budapest, Hungary in the World Athletics Championships. She also secured two silvers in the 100m race and the 4x100m relay with her team.

Another noteworthy accomplishment last year by the Olympian was her victories in the 100m and 200m at the Diamond League.

Celebrating this impressive milestone, Jackson shared on social media, “She’s royal ❤️. The RJR sportsman and Sportswoman of the Year Awards.” This announcement was accompanied by the elite track star wearing an eye-catching fiery red dress.
