Sidem Öztürk Says She and Kartel won't Have Children Until They are Married — Vybz Kartel and Sidem Öztürk

In her and her fiance’s latest interview, Sidem Öztürk shared that she and Vybz Kartel do not have plans to start having children until they have tied the knot.

During the interview, which was released on Friday, Sidem expressed that she had complete faith that Kartel would be released from prison when she moved from England to Jamaica. According to the former social worker, her parents did not know she was leaving the country in 2022 to be with Kartel and did not find out until she was in Jamaica.

Speaking with Keyshia Ka’oir, Sidem shared that if she and Kartel were to call off their engagement eventually, it would leave her broken as she is only in Jamaica for him and has no friends here.

“I’m only here for him, otherwise, I’ve got no one… I always say there’s no way God gave me him to take him away. I’ve got that much faith in God because he’s always been there for me. And if he brought him into my life and then took him away, that would break me,” Sidem said.

Further on in the interview, she outlined that she’s happy “could not be any happier”, she also recalled helping Kartel go through down times while in prison. She was next asked about their sex life since Kartel’s release, Sidem responded by saying, “I love my man”.

While Sidem would like to have children with Kartel, she said that it will not be until they are married, which Kartel recently told her mother. “He told her the other day we’re gonna make babies, but he had to tell her first we’re gonna get married because of my culture,” Sidem shared.

Before the chat ended, Sidem admitted to not being a ‘good cook’, however, outlined that she’s willing to practice until she gets good at it.
