Hours after Squash was arrested in Florida on multiple gun-related charges, his mother, Shelly-Ann Millwood, lashed out at the artiste’s critics on social media.
Millwood said in her TikTok video that nothing being spread online can affect her. Despite not feeling good about the situation, she expressed that at least her son is not dead and anyone could find themselves in the same scenario.
“Yes, I will feel away some a di time, but at di end of di day mi son nuh dead. He is still alive. Prison nay meck fi dog or John Crow, it meck fi all a wi,” Millwood said.
She further stated that people dislike her son because of his rise in popularity and not because the artiste has actually done anything to them.
After thanking the TikTokers who remain fair, Millwood lashed out at an unnamed individual who she said has been rejoicing over her son’s arrest.
“You mista batty mout bwoy, nasty mout bwoy yuh own foreign?… Yuh glad him get lock up… Yuh fraid. Weh yah fraid fah?… Nobody nah do yuh nutting. A yuh owna mout goin teck yuh own life. Get up pon di media and a wish fi people downfall,” Millwood stated.
Following his arrest for carrying a concealed weapon and possession of multiple weapons, a bond was set for Squash.
