Tifa Speaks Out After Facing Criticism Over Her Boyfriend’s Appearance: Photos/Videos
Following the reveal of her boyfriend’s identity yesterday, Dancehall artiste Tifa hit back at critics on Wednesday.
The artiste has been trying to maintain an air of mystery around her relationship despite sharing several photos and videos of her new partner. Utilising multiple emoji faces, the artiste has been able to keep his identity a secret.
However, on Tuesday a technical glitch in a video that she posted on Instagram accidentally revealed his face. Social media users have since been reacting to the reveal online, with some viewers criticising her partner’s looks.
“So a dis ya creature she been a hide 😂😂,” one viewer wrote.
Amid the criticism, Tifa returned to Instagram on Wednesday sharing more photos and a video of her and her boyfriend. The video and photos were taken during an outing with friends and were previously shared last week, except his face had been hidden by an emoji.
Clapping back at the critics in the caption of her latest post, Tifa said that a lot of the people who are criticising her relationship are not in one themselves.
“Some a dem weh a chat don’t have a man! can’t keep a man! a share man! dem man nuh like dem & I don’t have none of those issues!” Tifa wrote.
The Spell It Out singer further expressed that she finds her partner attractive and they are a perfect match.
“To me! My man nice badddd, he treats me great! & I have no complaints! Me n mi man is like buddy to brief! & 🐱 to panty! We go together ❤️ WE NICE!!!”
Reacting to her post, fans of the artiste voiced their support in the comment section.
“Never think you need to prove your relationship status to the naysayers, let them think whatever they want to believe. Blessings always,” one fan wrote.
However, fellow Dancehall artiste Stacious expressed that the post is out of character for Tifa.
“Latifa…..Latifa…… this is so outside of ur “norm” have me wondering 💭 mi kno u enuh!!!😂 Ur finally super in love or new song and vid dropping…. Either way i love it,” Stacious wrote.
