Top 5 Trending/Hottest Dancehall Songs in Jamaica Right Now – February 2024

Securing spots on the latest top five trending list for songs in Jamaica right now are dancehall artistes Squash, Malie Donn, Shenseea, Skeng, Masicka, and Skippa.

This list is based on the top five trending songs on YouTube for Jamaica at the moment.

Skippa kicks off the top five list with his single Uncle Sam taking the #5 spot for trending music in Jamaica. The deejay flaunts his easily acquired fortune and addresses some of his detractors in this Sulfa Ge Records-produced track.

The single was released earlier this month, on February 3, and has so far acquired over 340,000 views and 15,000 likes.

Taking the #4 spot on trending are Malie Donn and Squash, who secured their position in the top five with their recently released collaborative single, Tun It Up. The party track was produced by Attomatic Records and Din Din Hemton, acquiring over 243,000 views and 20,000 likes since its premiere on February 14.

Skeng takes the #3 spot in the top five with his track 24. The young deejay portrays himself as a dominant and threatening figure in this DJ Mac and Crash Dummy Productions-produced track.

Since its release on February 6, 24 has acquired over 521,000 views and 29,000 likes.

Squash secures his second spot on this top five list with his solo single Money Boy, which claims the #2 spot. In addition to flaunting his now lavish lifestyle, the artiste also shouts out his partner for sticking by him while he was in jail.

Money Boy has gained more than 665,000 views and 25,000 likes since its release on February 5.

Despite their collaborative single no longer having the benefit of promotion on TikTok, Masicka and Shenseea continue to dominate trending, with their track Hit & Run securing the #1 spot once again.

The single was recently removed from the popular platform due to a breakdown in contract talks between their label’s parent company, Universal Music Group (UMG), and TikTok.

Nonetheless, Hit & Run continues to amass views, acquiring more than 10.2 million since its release on January 26, in addition to 205,000 likes.
