Vybz Kartel Drops “Badman Ting”

Portmore dancehaller Vybz Kartel drops a new single declaring badness for the news headlines and the “news bulletin”.

In the track that started out with a warning, cautioning anyone that if they disrespected him they would face his wrath, he states, “bwoy violate and we bullet him”.

In the first verse, Kartel describes the type of badness, or otherwise the “Badman Ting” that happens in different parts of Jamaica, including Kingston, Portmore and Spanish Town, as he sings about annihilation, the Klansman gang and capturing lands.

As he continues, in the second verse he notes that “lass stop swing” in country badness, he also adds the worldwide “Badman Ting” that is displayed which includes throwing bombs, suicide bombers, missile attacks, assassinations and more.

The chorus consists of Kartel only repeating the line “Badman Ting” which proves to be effective in delivering the depth of the song.
