Vybz Kartel Taunts Beenie Man “THE OLD PPL R MAD A.F.”

In recent times, there has been a debate in the music industry about the emergence and type of music being recorded nowadays by artistes.

At the forefront of this, incarcerated deejay Vybz Kartel has publicly expressed his support for the Trap Dancehall music genre, while the long-standing veteran, Beenie Man openly disapproves as he claims that Dancehall is losing its authenticity to the “f**kry” being recorded by the younger generation.

However, it was just a week ago that Vybz Kartel posted some damning remarks on his Instagram story seemingly aimed at Beenie Man, and today, the “Teacha” followed up with another post aimed at the “Doctor”.

“TRAP DANCEHALL GONE INTL! & THE OLD PPL R MAD A.F. 😂😂,” were the words posted on Vybz Kartel’s Instagram page while tagging one of Trap Dancehall’s finest artiste, Skillibeng. Further to that, he ensured to add a few hashtags to the post, highlighting some of Skilli’s famous songs that he has since alighted the stage with while on his tour in UK.

But, he did not stop there, Kartel went further to hashtag the words “#tingschange”, as if he is trying to educate Beenie Man that music from his time on the music scene in the 70s has changed compared to now, therefore, he should accept, move on and offer his support.
