Never afraid to spark controversy, Dancehall artistes Vybz Kartel and Ishawna released the music video for their collaborative track Porn Flick on Friday.
The pair have worked together on previous occasions, collaborating on the singles Washer Dryer and How Can You during Kartel’s incarceration. As Kartel slowly returns to normalcy post-prison release with a steady flow of new music, Porn Flick marks Ishawna and Kartel’s first collaboration after his return.
Produced by TJ Records and Adidjahiem Records, Porn Flick is one of the featured new songs on the special expanded version of his album Viking (Vybz Is King) for the project’s 10th anniversary. Kartel and Ishawna are the sole stars in this raunchy music video and song that sees the Equal Rights singer enticing and encouraging Kartel to film her as they engage in their sexual escapades.
“Come f*ck mi and video mi. Video mi cute p**sy wid yuh big b*ddy. Yuh Samsung betta focus right when mi sing pon yuh mic like symphony,” Ishawna sings in her opening verse.
Kartel goes on to make reference to the past sexual relationship Ishawna had with producer Skatta Burrell with lyrics such as, “Hey, Skatta don’t fex wid mi. Yuh pretty browning a have sex wid mi. Mi b*ddy so good shi keep texting mi,” Kartel deejays in his first verse in the song.
Porn Flick samples the classic Bam Bam riddim. The song has acquired over 38,729 views on YouTube in just over two hours since its release.
