Dancehall artiste Navino expresses that he was born to be great in his latest release, entitled Born Great.
Navino’s new song, accompanied by a music video was released on August 19, depicting the deejay telling a tale of him elevating to success while bad mine people hope for his downfall.
The Adnan-directed music video showed Navino hanging out with his crew and relaxing at a property that has a cosy house.
“Yuh nuh see say man born great? Success and ambition a give them heartache. Dem a hope fi see we fall, a tell them gwaan wait,” he outlines in the witty song.

The Spanish Town deejay has been on the music scene for some time and is known for songs such as Chilling Time, High, A Nuh Luck, Life Too Short, and Too Late. Navino, born Ricardo Fraser, hails from St. Mary before he eventually relocated to Spanish Town in St Catherine.
