Yendi Phillipps Showcases “Surreal” Scenes from Her Trip to Egypt – See Photos and Watch Videos

As she continues to share her adventures around the world, media personality Yendi Phillipps has been showcasing her trip to Egypt and the country’s famed pyramids.

Phillipps’ career passions have led her down many different roads. She is a former Miss Jamaica World, Miss Jamaica Universe, model, and TV host, but the mom of one has also become an avid traveller and has declared that she is on a mission to see every country in the world.

In 2022, Phillipps checked gorilla trekking in Rwanda off her bucket list, and she visited Guatemala, Honduras, Kenya, and Tanzania as well. In regards to 2023, Phillipps has voyaged to Chichen Itza, Mexico, which she dubbed her “5th Wonder of the World,” and has been sharing a few snapshots from her most recent adventure to the continent of Africa as she journeys through Egypt.

On Tuesday, the former Miss Universe shared a few quick moments from her camel ride while at the Pyramids of Giza in northern Egypt.

On Friday, Phillipps shared her trip to the popular Egyptian archaeological site, the Valley of the Kings. Phillipps noted in her Instagram post that she made sure to spin her roll three times after leaving the ancient burial site.

“The details to be found in each are truly mind-blowing! The hieroglyphics are superb. The video on slide 4 is actually inside the sarcophagus [ … ] YES! I actually went in!! Hence why mi spin mi roll!” Phillipps wrote.
