12yo and 13yo Boys Charged with Rape and Abduction

A 12-year-old and a 13-year-old boy were charged with rape, aiding and abetting rape and forcible abduction, in relation to an incident in Kingston that took place in November 2019.
The Centre for the Investigation of Sexual Offences and Child Abuse (CISOCA), led months of investigations that culminated with their arrest on Friday, February 14 by the police.
Investigators reported that, the boys allegedly forced a schoolgirl to go to the back of a compound, and one of them had sexual intercourse with her against her permission.
They were remanded in custody and are scheduled to appear in court on Friday, March 6.
