12yo Sexually Assaulted During Online Class Break in Hanover

The Jamaica-star reports that a 12-year-old girl was sent to a relative’s house to conduct online schooling, the little girl did not return home for lunch and as a result, the mother went searching for her after calling her phone and not getting to her.

According to further reports, no one knew of the child’s whereabouts at the time hence the mother started searching the community, she later found her daughter in an abandoned house where she was laying on her back, her dress was pulled up, she had on no underwear nor tights and the suspect was reportedly standing over her with most of his cloths taken off and shorts down.

The mother cried out for help after seeing the situation, the man reportedly ran from the building leaving his phone, a knife and cloth items behind.

The little girl was taken to the hospital where she was examined.

A man-hunt has been launched for the suspect who is still on the run.

The police told the Jamaica Star that, “The police are aware of the situation. A report has been made and investigations into the case and the accused’s whereabouts are ongoing. We cannot divulge anymore information given the sensitive nature”.
