13yo Hangs Herself in St. Catherine… See Video

A video has been circulating online with the dead body of a 13-year-old schoolgirl who is said to be a student of the Edith Dalton James High School in St. Andrew. According to a news report, the teen was at home with her family at a Jones Avenue location in Spanish Town, St Catherine when the incident transpired.

The Police stated that the young girl was found lifeless at about 9:30 pm on Wednesday hanging from an electrical wire.

As seen in the visual that’s making rounds on social media, the girl was on the ground dressed in her Edith Dalton James High School uniform and a lady who seems to be her mother, screaming and crying in the background while the video man called to the body and and asked if what he is seeing real.

It’s unclear what could have driven the young girl to commit such an act however it’s rumoured that her mother tried to discipline her shortly before she was found dead.

The teen’s name was not released. Suicide has been suspected by the police however the matter is being investigated. Check out the viral video below.
