14yo Charged for Rape in Kingston

According to reports from Loop News, detectives based in the Kingston Eastern Police Division, upon getting a report arrested and charged a 14-year-old boy who was said to be caught in the act of having sexual intercourse with a minor female.

The incident took place on April 19th along Wellintton Street in Kingston after the accused went to visit the victim minutes after 4pm on the day, he was caught by one of the female’s parent.

The 14 year old was charged on April 24th for rape and sexual touching.

A court date will be set soon for the accused.
