15 Year Old Charged With Double Murder

A 15-year-old boy was arrested on Ricketts drive in Savanna-la mar Westmorland, during a search operation after he was found to be the suspect in the July 13 murder of two men and injury of one in the parish.

According to the reports, at around 3 am, gunmen kicked off the door of the house where the men were sleeping, and without hesitation opened fire on the men.

After being brought to the hospital 19-year-old Chrissan Brooks and 22-year-old Anthony Godfrey, who got shot at the house were pronounced dead while the other man that was there with them was admitted and is being treated in a stable condition.

After being accosted as a suspect in the shootings, the young man was later slapped with several charges including murder.

The court date is currently being decided for the teenager who will need to answer to the multiple charges he was booked for.
