18 Persons ARRESTED at a Party Kept in Kingston [Video]

“No sah i cah believe this Curfew time and there is a party going on right here” States a man recording the persons being arrested, This party was being held on Orange Street in Down Town Kingston.

A police inspector explains that many individuals “hundreds” managed to run away from the scene, 18 persons were held. Watch below.
