25-Y-O Arrested For Rape After Initially Agreeing To Pay For Sex
A 23-year-old man named Jorel Burke was taken into custody and charged with rape after he broke a previous agreement with a female.
According to the police, Burke, a Westmoreland resident, agreed to pay for sexual services, but when he got to her house, he refused to pay her.
The reports further stated that Burke held the woman down and had sex with her against her will.
Following a report made by the woman, Burke was detained on Sunday during a police operation at his house.
The female identified Burke, and he was subsequently charged with rape.
