Kevon Fairclough, Sadiki Williamson and Junior Reid are the three police constables that were arrested on Sunday, September 8. They were accused of soliciting $6000 from a motorist after a road traffic violation was committed.

A complaint was made to the Inspectorate and Professional Standards Oversight Bureau (IPROB) after the money was given to the officers and it was shared among all three. The Director of Public Prosecution will rule on the matter.

Fairclough was the only one that was charged with corruptly soliciting and accepting money to do an act while performing his duty, while his colleagues were charged with accepting money to do an act in the performance of their duty.

The police constables are on bail after an amount of $200,000 was set, and are scheduled to be back in court
