4 People killed in Fiery St. Ann Car Crash

Developing reports are that two cars were traveling along a section of the Queen’s Highway in Discovery Bay, St Ann about 7:50 am this morning.

It’s believed that both cars were traveling in opposite directions along the wet road when one lost control and subsequently collided into the other.

According to sources one of the two cars burst into flames shortly after the impact and no one was seen leaving the vehicle after the accident hence all occupants were burnt without getting an opportunity to escape.

The second car later caught on fire via blames spreading from the one that was first on fire.

The occupant(s) of the second car, a Mercedez Benz managed to escape before it was also engulf with fire.

Firefighters and the police later arrived on the scene and managed to extinguish the fire on both cars.

The Corporate Communications Unit (CCU) has confirmed 4 persons dead however their identity is unknown at the moment of this release.

The police are currently investigating the crash.
