81yo and her 2 Granddaughters killed in St. Catherine
A brazen daytime attack in Tryall Heights, Spanish Town, St Catherine has left many Jamaicans asking for divine intervention and calling on PM Holness to do more, “Prime Minister Andrew Holness, we cannot live like this anymore” one person stated.
The Jamaica Gleaner reports that at about 4:30 PM on Sunday, November 22nd gunmen forced their way into the home of 81-year-old Iciline McFarlane and then proceeded to shot her and her two granddaughters multiple times.
McFarlane whose commonly known as ‘Miss Icey’, her 10-year-old granddaughter named Christina McFarlane and her sister 6-year-old Mishane McFarlane all died on the spot.
The men who committed the gruesome act got away in a waiting car.
The father of the girls said, “Look how them come and kill my two pickney them and I don’t know what to do you,”.
The police are currently investigating the matter and no motive has been declared for the triple murder.
One lady commented “My God what this elderly woman and innocent kids could have done to deserve this act of wickedness this is too sad, what heart do these gunmen have” while another person believes that “The country is under siege from demonic criminals.”
More bad News
On Saturday, 3 men were found dead in St. Ann, the Police reports that 3 bodies riddled with bullets, were found along the deserted Yellant District roadway close to the community of Watt town in St. Ann.
It Is reported that the men were traveling in a vehicle along the mentioned road when, at approximately 3:30 pm, the car they were in was riddled with gunshots.
One of the men in the car, ran out and jumped over a cliff and made a fatal landing, further reports stated that the police spent several hours trying to get the body that was hard to get to.
The police report that one of the 3 men is currently out on shooting with intent charge and is said to be a known scammer, gang leader from the area.
