6ix9ine must register as a Sex Offender and do Jail time says D.A.

He will be attending court again in October for a sentencing hearing and the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office seeks to give him a 1-3 year sentence and they are also seeking to get him registered as a sex offender, added to the time he will spend behind bars for violating the terms of his plea deal and getting arrested.

It has been stated that “The defendant has had had over 2 years to demonstrate to the court that the role he played in the sexual exploitation of a 13 year old child was an aberration in an otherwise law abiding life, and he has failed to do so.”

Daniel Hernandez aka Tekashi 6ix9ine was convicted of sexually assaulting a minor back in 2015 and he pleaded guilty.
However, since then he has been caught driving without a driver’s license, allegedly assaulting a police officer and choking a teenager at a Texas Mall.
