Woman wins lawsuit against Dating Agency over Lack of Men

Tereza Burki won a case, when a judge ruled that Tereza was misled about it’s exclusive membership.
E13,100 was won by Tereza who is a divorcee who wants to find a wealthy boyfriend who wants to have at least one more child.

However, the agency “Seventy Thirty” did not find a date for the 47 year old mother of 3 in time.
Seventy Thirty is also seeking to sue Miss Burki for libel as she spoke about their business in a bad way, saying they were a fraudulent and non-reputable company.

Ms. Burke had not read the agreement and it seems as though she hadn’t waited long enough. She is now being told that there are not a lot of men out there who fits her specifications and she also lied when she gave her information.

Finding the perfect partner seems to be harder than persons think it will be these days.
