Ex-lover Stabs Woman To Death in St. Elizabeth

Tragedy struck in Brampton St. Elizabeth on Thursday as it is reported that a woman got stabbed by her ex-boyfriend in the parish. The attack took place against Hilreth Stephenson a 49-year-old woman who ended up dying from her wounds.

Stephenson is identified as a domestic helper who is from the community of Top Hill in the parish.

Stephenson was on her way to work when she came into contact with her ex-lover. A dispute developed between the two whereafter Stephenson was stabbed multiple times.

She died upon arriving at the hospital. The man involved in the fatal stabbing is currently on the run as the matter is being investigated by the police.
