Clarks Teams Up With Jamaican Artistes For Feature
Clarks has teamed up with a group of Jamaican artistes to capture a moment where the entertainers explain their feelings and thoughts towards the popular shoes.
The feature is set to be released on April 23rd and will feature names such as Chronixx, Koffee, Protoje, Lila Ike, Nomaddz as well as British based artiste M1llionz.
According to the shoe company, the move is out of appreciation and giving back to a culture that has shown them immense support.
In teaming up with the grammy kid Koffee, the shoe company has also partnered with her charity foundation Family rules/MTLT to give back.
According to the British based M1llionz who have visited Jamaica many times, he has seen where Clarks, has gotten crazy love on the island to the point where people would save up their money sometimes for years just to purchase one of the shoes.
He also pointed out that people in the UK are not aware of the love that exists for the brand. To Koffee though, she sees it as culture and Clarks as the perfect shows for artistes who always want to look their best.
The popular shoe company recently released their collection of Jamaican designed Clarks in the forms of Desert boots, Wallabee and a special design that footballer, Raheem Sterling was the ambassador for.
