Johnson, the owner of the gas station told a reporter from the Jamaica Gleaner that robbers broke into the business place a day prior and managed to take valuable items and before an estimate could be determined, the criminals returned late Sunday night for more.

On this second occasion, the robbers were interrupted by the police. The latest report is that one of the men who the police thought escaped, was captured and is currently in police custody with what appears to be gunshot wound(s).

Johnson and her employees were cleaning up bloodstains at the location when they heard sounds coming from an area. They called the police who returned to the scene and found the second suspect as well as a firearm. This gas station has been robbed at least six times and according to the owner, at least $1.7M was stolen in April.
