PM Holness Reopens ‘Harbour Park Beach’ after $1.3b Transformation

Prime Minister Andrew Holness recently posted on his Instagram, the opening of the Harbour beach Park which they broke ground for in the year 2019. In the social media post, Mr Holness posted a video showing the cutting of the banner as well as the landscape of the park itself.

In the caption of the post, he wrote that the Park is a representation of Urban development in Jamaica further expressing that it shows the direction we are going as a people with Urban planning.

The Harbour Park Beach Park in Montego Bay, was previously closed however, with this initiative the park is said by Prime Minister Holness to be open to everyone freely.

He also stated in his caption, that the Government of Jamaica has been looking into more green spaces to promote health and wellness.

Prime Minister Holness, also encouraged people to check out the park as a way to evaluate what should be expected in terms of public service development, and sustainability.
