Tropical Storm Elsa Latest UPDATE – Video Report

Reports from Fox-5 News states that Tropical Storm Elsa strengthened overnight, however it’s expected to lose strength as it impacts Jamaica and Cuba Today. The storm is currently moving slowly across the eastern section of the island. The Jamaica Public service company are urging their customers to prepare, in case of an island-wide power outage due to the passing by of Hurricane Elsa.

Despite not having very strong winds, Elsa is bringing with it a lot of rain, however, St. Lucia experienced more than that as they had several buildings destroyed and one person dead.
