RED STRIPE Robbed Of $7 Million Worth Of liquor
As reported by loop news, thieves managed to make off with about 7,000,000 worth of liquor over the weekend in the corporate area. According to sources, the incident took place at the Red Stripe headquarters on Spanish Town Road.
The police detailed that robbers tied up the security guard with a telephone cord and entered the facility by force between 1 AM and 2 AM early Sunday morning. The thieves managed to open the main entrance to the warehouse and proceed to offload a huge amount of liquor onto a flat-bed truck using a forklift from the facility.
The robbers took the loot and left the facility before being detected.
The constabulary’s Corporate Communications Unit confirmed the robbery and stated that they are currently investigating the matter.
