Comedian Dies After Hitting His Head Before Sleeping

“There’s actually bruising on the brain… it looks like he hit the back of his head then the brain rattles inside the skull and caused a lot of damage,” says a forensic pathologist.

She went on to detail that the 65year old could have fallen and hit his head on a tile inside his hotel room before going to sleep.

According to the findings, the comedian whose name is Bob Saget, died of blunt head trauma, most likely caused by a fall. The just-released autopsy report says the blow left multiple skull fractures, bleeding on the brain, bruising around the eyes and an abrasion on the back of the head that was 1-inch by 1.3-inches wide.
