Sean Paul, Shenseea, And Gwen Stefani Drop “Light My Fire” Music Video
The song ‘Light My Fire’ by Sean Paul featuring Gwen Stefani and Shenseea was released a month prior and there have been hints posted on Shenseea’s Instagram account in the outfit she shot the video in. The video was released a few hours ago on Sean Paul’s Official Youtube channel and Shenseea posted about it on her IG story to let her fans know that the video is now out.
The song’s chorus is sung by internationally renowned artiste Gwen Stefani who has hallmark timeless hits such ‘Rich Girl’, ‘Hollaback Girl’ and ‘The Sweet Escape’.
‘Light My Fire’ represents the iconic mellow tone old school dancehall vibes from the 2000s with its soothing chorus. The video depicts a typical party scene from that time where party-goers wore a lot of Jamaican/reggae colours, and mesh marina outfits and congregated in a circle with dancers stepping out to dance in the middle.
A line from her verse in the song says, “baby ah long time mi deh ya come give me wah me desire, beat it wid di wire make mi sing out like a choir”, referring to a lover missing her partner and in need of sexual affection.
