Vybz Kartel Lash Out at Critics in Defence of Sidem Öztürk – See Post
Dancehall artiste Vybz Kartel has faced recurring criticism for his relationship with his Turkish fiancée, Sidem Öztürk. The most recent criticism did not sit well with the incarcerated deejay, prompting him to address the naysayers in a post on Thursday.
The post features a photo of Sidem, whom he has been dating since 2015, smiling in a selfie. The picture was accompanied by a message challenging critics to either take action or remain silent.
“All who in the comment section chatting sh*t, go to my house, take sidem out & put in who YOU want to see in there. Then take her out the range & put who YOU want to see in there. Otherwise STFU!!!!” Vybz Kartel said.
The Instagram post amassed over 27,466 likes within two hours and garnered a wave of mixed responses. One person in support of his message wrote, “And the teacher has spoken!!! School ova !!!!”
Another supporter expressed, “Wife a wife ❤📌.”
On the other hand, a naysayer wrote, “Blah blah blah she woulda never even look you if you wasn’t “Vybz Kartel” move up.”
