After his first EP release in October, Kalado will embark on a European tour in November.

According to Kalado, a remix for ‘Bring Life’ will be on the project in an acoustic version, featuring two other artistes. “It will be a surprise when it drops. The video will be done and it will be on the EP. This song is a massive song also there’s no other song on this topic if you notice.”

In a chat with Yardhype, Kalado highlights that he always tries to “come with topics that are not regularly done. Bruk Foreigner, Sexcited, Castigate and Bad Inna Bed,” he outlined. “Pum pum bring life which is a parable/pun type song not only for bringing babies but for a female bringing life to your d**k.”

Kalado recalled creating ‘Bring Life‘ a night after playing football, “I made that song, one night coming from playing soccer. Then I drove by myself to Dreday and recorded it. No one was around but me and Dreday.”

He next sent the session files to Hitmaker, “I send it to Hitmaker, then he would send to daddy for mixing. I told him to let him keep the tele effects on the intro and on the part where i’m saying ‘cock up now nuh’.”

“Then few people heard it after the mix and they didn’t believe in it or love it, they did not get that I was trying to change the game to rnbdancehall.”

He went on to express that his road manager “Damari” at the time did not like the song and rather other fast-paced/up-tempo songs like ‘Make Me Feel’ and ‘Bad Inna Bed’. “I told her bring life is gonna be a major hit, because i knew it was and how much I loved it at the time as well. Now it’s getting bigger and bigger as time goes by.”

“It’s more huge in the Spanish market when I tour, but I haven’t been to the States since I got my break in music, so I couldn’t tell but speaking on what people told me and the streaming effect from Apple and Spotify in the us, those things lead me to realise it’s huge there.”

He further highlights that the fact that “Cardi B post it” shows how big the song is in the US.

He next detailed that ‘Make Me Feel’ and ‘Bad Inna Bed’, are also huge songs in Africa, “When I went to Africa, ‘Bad Inna bed’ was bigger than ‘Bring Life’, it’s like bring life didn’t even known there, make me feel and bad inna bed was the big songs at that time.”

The upcoming EP will have 8 tracks and will mostly consist of tracks about females because those songs have working for him over the years. The project will have a few features on it that he will disclose in the future. Kalado also revealed that he has been focusing on school in recent times as he seeks to improve himself and his writing ability.
