Sean “Diddy” Combs who recently celebrated his 55th birthday behind bars on November 4 is facing two new lawsuits from alleged victims who accuse the music mogul of sexual assault. The cases, filed by attorney Tony Buzbee, come as Diddy’s legal team prepares for a bail hearing in connection with similar allegations.

Both plaintiffs claim they were drugged before being assaulted by Diddy, with the lawsuits detailing disturbing accounts of the alleged incidents.

The first suit, filed by a woman identified as Jane Doe, claims she was 18 years old in 2001 when Diddy allegedly sexually assaulted her outside a Halloween party in New York City. The woman says a member of Diddy’s security team led her to a black SUV limousine, where Diddy and his security team were waiting.

As per the TMZ report, she alleges that after being handed a drink that caused her to feel dizzy, she was forced to perform oral sex on Diddy and his entourage. The suit claims Diddy verbally abused her during the assault and allowed her to leave only after she complied.

In the second lawsuit, a man from Florida, identified as John Doe, accuses Diddy or one of his associates of drugging him at a Miami after-party. The man alleges he woke up to a sharp pain and discovered Diddy attempting to assault him sexually. He claims the drugs made it impossible to resist, and he was left naked and disoriented the next morning.

Diddy’s lawyer has vehemently denied the allegations, calling the lawsuits “shameless publicity stunts” designed to extract payments. The attorney maintains that Diddy never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone.

Both accusers are seeking damages.
