Rising Dancehall artiste Thug Famous whose real name is Demoy Plant is intent on making his mark in the genre locally and internationally, in efforts to do so, he is currently promoting his single titled ‘Addicted’, a track crafted directly for his female fans.
The track which is accompanied by a music video is an explicit and raunchy one, that tells it like it is in some of the most colourful words as the artiste shows his wittiness and grimy ways.
Speaking on the song, the Grants Pen, St. Andrew native stated, “It’s always a dream for me to be one of the greatest in history. My sound and my flow is very different from the other artiste in dancehall, I have a very unique sound with a classic image, so I know it’s my time.”
The song was produced by Mad Dawg Entertainment and the single is now available on all social media platforms
As per Thug Famous, the reaction on TikTok has been great and he’s pleased to see the growth in his career, having recorded his first song back in 2012. The first song that gave him a buzz is his 2022 release titled ‘Bad Gal’.
According to the principals of Mad Dawg Entertainment, responsible for guiding the professional career of Thug Famous, the song is surpassing early expectations with excellent streaming numbers in Jamaica and the USA.
