The caption of the post reads, “The St. Catherine North Police have identified several persons they believe can assist them with ongoing investigations. These persons of interest are asked to make contact with detectives at the Spanish Town Police Station immediately.”

The notice also detailed that Skippa is known to freequent areas in St. Catherine and Montego Bay.

This wanted notice comes just three days after Skippa released a song titled ‘1DB4L’ in which he honoured Spanish Town strong man Othneil ‘Thickman’ Lobban aka Daddy Badness who was killed by lawmen in January in St. Andrew.

In the music video for ‘1DB4L’ that has racked up over 170k views on YouTube the deejay sings about wishing that ‘Daddy’ would answer if he calls his phone. Furthermore, he outlined that the “badness” can’t end in the sections of Spanish Town that Thickman controlled.

However, the lines that might have caused the law enforcers to summons the artiste contain lyrics such as “mi sorry seh yuh couldn’t seet and dodge it, mi stop cry a just the heat mi a carry, cuddn’;t wait fi guh tun it pan a jeep or larry feel like mi wah fi kill somebody.” Those words are seemingly aimed at the police.
