Veteran Dancehall artiste Bounty Killer is the latest musician from the island to get back is USA visa after a lengthy wait. The Seaview deejay took to social media Tuesday evening to share with fans that he’s now in the USA after being prevented from doing so for over a decade.
Notably, Sizzla, Buju Banton, Beenie Man and Vybz Kartel were recently given the privilege to return to America with several other local artistes still waiting for their visas to be reinstated.
As announcement, Bounty Killer, 52, shared video and photo of himself and others on a private plane on route to the USA, he wrote the following as caption, “God is the greatest all the times despite how it may seem like in March 2010 my visa was revoked for what reasons up until this day is unknown fast-forward 15yrs later today March 2025 i arrived in the states with no hassle the greatest thing I never had to beg bend or bow i stayed true to myself vigilant and resilient💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿

While Bounty Killer expresses that he does not know why his visa was taken away, in late February, veteran Dancehall music selector Ricky Trooper noted that the Jamaican government has something to do with visa issues for several Dancehall personalities.
Trooper stated, “A nuh freedom of speech mek mi lose my visa enuh,” Trooper said and went on to declare that his visa was taken away when the USA wanted ‘Dudus’. “A deh suh mi lose my visa enuh, five a wi visa them tek weh enuh, Bounty Killer, Beenie Man, Mavado, Aidonia and my visa,” the selector said.
In one of his several posts to social media on Tuesday, Bounty Killer wrote the caption, “Thanks for all the well wishes and congratulations but y’all say hello the Wonder Woman who works the wonders my wonderful attorney ReggaeVisaLawyer the most fast effective and efficient service if she solves my case who’s own she can’t fix check her out folks all the fans go tell her thanks now.”
Dj Khaled also took to Instagram to content of himself and Bounty Killer at his Miami mansion.
