Agent Sasco Gives Update And Tour Of The 20 Plus Acres Land He’s Transforming In St Mary ‘Mulberry Valley Estate’ – Watch Video

Having already made an indelible mark on the reggae and dancehall scene, Agent Sasco seeks to continue his flourishment outside of the field of music with one of his latest business projects. In an almost one-hour-long video, the ‘Banks Of The Hope‘ artiste gave fans and onlookers a tour of the 20 acres plus pristine land in Mulberry Valley Estate, St Mary that he’s working on.

He also revealed the numerous business plans he has for the large property tucked away in the hills and surrounded by a river.

Agent Sasco has already started cultivating the land with various plants as well as preparing designated farming areas. The commercial plans for the land have also been kick-started, as seen in the footage.

These are the buildings that are in its construction stage: an entertainment centre, resort area, cabins, restrooms and rest spots.

Sasco highlighted that his objective is to transform the location into an ecotourism and agro destination. Throughout the video posted to the COCO BOY’s channel, as Sasco carries on his tour, viewers can see the extent of the development the area has undergone in two and a half years of work.

Further on, he went on to detail more of his plans, stating, “We have a little over 20 acres total bordered by the Wag Water river, pretty much, dividing the property into two sections, with ten been what we call resort side and the other ten on the hillside on the hillside, pretty much farming and residential, we plan to live here as well.”

According to Agent Saco, the project is expected to take 3 to 5 years to complete and his goal is to complete it in 3 years, however, explained why it might take up to 5 years to complete.

He also declared that he plans to live on the property with his family after it’s completed.
