Asafa Powell, his wife Alyshia, and Elaine Thompson-Herah Attend Burna Boy Concert – Watch Videos and See Photos

On Sunday, Burna Boy’s concert kicked off at the National Stadium, and patrons flocked to Kingston to watch the Nigerian afrobeat singer perform in Jamaica for the first time.

Among the throng of Jamaicans that turned out at yesterday’s highly anticipated event were sprint champion Asafa Powel and his wife, Alyshia Miller-Powell. The Powells were joined by Olympic gold medalist Elaine Thompson-Herah, and the trio shared snippets of their time at the concert on their social media pages. 

Elaine wore denim jeans, white sneakers, and a yellow off-the-shoulder crop top. Alyshia was also casually dressed in jeans and a strapless top, while Asafa donned a Daily Paper shirt and tawny pants. The Powells and Elaine posed for a number of photos and enjoyed a quick filming session in the 360-degree slow-motion video booth, with Alyshia and Elaine sharing a session.

Elaine also showed off some of her dance moves, captioning a video shared in her Instagram stories that she was warming up before Burna Boy took to the stage.
