Beenie Man’s Summer Sizzle a Success

Beenie Man’s Summer Sizzle returned with a bang after 8 years. At the end of the night Beenie was smiling, as the event was well attended even though it was never held in that venue before, but the Jamalco Sports Club in Clarendon was perfect for the many activities that the patrons were able to enjoy throughout the day and night.
The event was well organized, and the children along with their parents had fun during the day before the big music festival started in the night.
Gospel artiste Chozen was loved by the crowd and he performed the controversial “Bawl Out” song and even decided to hit out against immorality during his time on stage.
Gyptian performed at 2:45 am and the crowd showed their appreciation for his music, his hit song “Serious Times” and he ended his set with “Hold Yuh” which had the women screaming for more.
Dancers
Dance Xpressionz, Orville Hall’s dance group energized the event, they performed a tribute to Beenie Man, to his hits that were the most popular songs on the airwaves a number of years in the past.
The other dancers performed with high-energy as well. Tall-up and her Dancehall Queen sister Danger, Mizzy Bling and Dancer Tasha Bling made the crowd cheer.
Mr. Lexx, Singer J, Bluggo the 2018 Magnum King and Just Chris brought back life to the event when it was not doing so well.
Saturday morning the dancehall big stars came out together, so the patrons got to see Konshens, Tommy Lee, Aidonia and the King himself Beenie Man all on stage before the show ended at 6:30.
Beenie Man was commended for using the best team to organize the event. It was properly planned and the people from Clarendon packed the venue. They were really happy to have the event in their parish.
