Bounty Killer Stuck in Trinidad Airport for 9 Hours: “is a hard time dem try to gi di gad”
Rodney ‘Bounty Killer’ Price who is in line to receive Jamaica’s Order of Distinction(OD) in the rank of Officer had a “hard time” time in Trinidad over the weekend as he travelled to the Caribbean island for a show he’s scheduled to perform on Saturday.
Saturday morning, the deejay took to Instagram to detail his hold-up at the airport after announcing on Friday that he was on his way to the twin island country. On Friday, he stated, “Trinidad mi deh pon mi wayyy!!” as the caption of a video showing him rehearsing for the show.
His follow-up post on Saturday morning stated, “Trinidad is a hard time dem try to gi di gad 9hrs from last night dem have mi inna airport refused my entree and all that pure things but general a general di ting nuh normal.”
It continues, “Thanks to the government of Jamaica @andrewholnessjm @darylvazmp all the immigrations at Piaco Airport who stayed up whole night to accommodates me @johnnykbravoofficial @bunjigarlin @fayannlyons and rest of my trini linky dem bless up. SUMMER STAGE affi blaze.”
The footage shared with the statement above shows the deejay in a happy mood after the lengthy hold-up.
The Seaview Gardens artiste is set to perform at Magnum Xplosion Summer Stage “Generations” at the Queen’s Park Savannah.
