Rodney “Bounty Killer” Price visited his mother’s grave in celebration of her birthday. The Warlord shared a photo of himself at the grave today on Instagram, along with words expressing his love for his mother, Ivy Williams, who passed away 11 years ago.
In the post, which has garnered 3,556 likes after some hours of being shared, Bounty is in all black as he stoops close to the grave while holding an alcohol bottle. In the caption, he wrote the words, “Raving by the graveside earlier Happy 83rd Birthday mama we adores and loves you Ms Ivy🍰🥂🍾🍡🎂💕🙏🏾.”
Similarly, two videos of Bounty at the graveside were shared by fellow deejay Wilful Skilful, who was apparently present, along with several others. He also sent birthday wishes to Miss Ivy and expressed his condolences to “Rip father breeza and aunty sophia.”

Bounty had released a tribute to his mother in 2014, Mama Gone but Not Forgotten, and told the Jamaica Observer that she was his “rock” and they had a special love for each other. He also described his mother as his “best friend,” adding that he would always consult her when making important decisions.
Miss Ivy, a God-fearing woman, raised Bounty Killer by herself and played a significant role in the performer’s career choices. While a patient at the Medical Associates Hospital in St. Andrew, she passed away in February 2012.
