British Man jumps into River and saves drowning Student in China – Video

“There was no thinking” the British diplomat explains that he took his shoes off and jump in the water even though there were many persons standing and watching with some filming the incident on their phone.

According to the man, when he first got to her and turned her over she was not breathing however she started breathing shortly after he took her out the water and placed her on the rocks.
