British Man’s Decomposing Body found Off the Coast of Ocho Rios

Mark Brennan a 42-year-old British man died in his yacht off the coast of Ocho Rios recently.

The Jamaica Defence Force (JDF) Coast Guard was contacted and told about Brennan’s disappearance and his presence in Jamaican waters by the United States Coast Guard on January 27.

Brennan’s decomposing body was later found 71 nautical miles north-west of Ocho Rios, there was no radio or cell phone on the yacht in which he was sailing.

The vessel was towed by Jamaican coast guards to the coast off Portland. It is now at the Errol Flynn Marina in Port Antonio.

Brennan’s body is at the morgue waiting for a post-mortem examination to be done.
